·Entry Ticket can be used every day between 10:00 and 19:30
· By purchasing this ticket online, the ticket holder hereby confirms to have read and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions (the Terms) as reproduced on the Malta National Aquarium website (https://www.aquarium.com.mt) from where this ticket was purchased;
· Your rights at law (including your right of withdrawal) are explained in full at the above-cited location. You are strongly urged to print a copy of the Terms for future reference;
· This ticket shall be valid for a one-time entry with no re-entry allowed and cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash for any reason;
· This ticket shall be considered void if altered in any way;
· This ticket shall not be used for any promotional purposes unless this has been approved in writing by Marine Aquatic Limited;
· This ticket shall not be valid during special events;
· Visitors shall respect all house rules and follow all instructions as may be provided;
· Visitors shall not to act in any manner that may cause harm to themselves and/or to others and/or cause damage to any property;
· We will not accept any liability whatsoever expect any that may be caused directly by our malicious or grossly negligent acts or omissions.
