“Catch the wave!”
School program 2018-19
We all are committed to protect our seas. Living in the Island of Malta, the resources we get from the sea are particularly important. As the waters around Malta are so much wider that the Island itself means that we have a lot of sea to look after!
But what do you know about the sea? Which creatures live beneath the sea surface we may not see?
Come to visit the Malta National Aquarium and find it out! Enjoy your trip around the Mediterranean species and the farer ones, exploring tropical creatures and so more!
** Discussion sheets and teachers’ notes are also made for you to prepare your kids for the visit. **

The EWWR is an annual initiative which brings together thousands of awareness-raising actions about sustainable waste management from across Europe.
The aims to mobilise and encourage European citizens to take an action about waste reduction, products reuse and recycling strategies.
Annual Thematic Focus about one specific waste prevention topic is chosen and the Thematic Focus for 2018 is that of hazardous waste.
